Beveridges Cocktail Lounge Grand Opening in Easthampton

The Beveridges Cocktail Lounge launching is an exciting new addition that Local Burger’s Easthampton branch is getting ready to celebrate. Beveridges is already operational, but on August 6th, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening to commemorate the bar’s debut as a lively new nightlife destination for the Easthampton neighborhood. The enjoyable and interesting events that will soon take place at the location will also be introduced at this event.

“The whole kind of point of a bar here was to pay homage to the original Eastworks owner—his name was Frank Stanley Beveridge,” said General Manager Tabitha Saalfrank. “We tried to embody the kind of ’50s theme they had going.”

The bar will have posters from Stanley Home Products publications all over it to pay tribute to the building’s heritage and Frank Stanley Beveridge’s legacy. The historical significance of the cosmetic and cleaning supplies firm as the building’s previous owner is nostalgically brought to mind by these posters.

Creating a Vibrant Community Hub at Beveridges

Beveridges Cocktail Lounge seeks to provide more than simply a spot to unwind and sip cool beverages. The employees at Local Burger are really excited about organizing activities that will bring the community together for some friendly rivalry, such as monthly bingo evenings and other get-togethers. Saalfrank stated that the team aims to provide a range of rewards, one of which might be the grand prize of having the Local Burger food truck serve an event.

“We’re hoping we can create kind of a tournament vibe,” said Saalfrank, who noted that the staff is experimenting with the idea of tournament punch cards that qualify frequent players for game nights with bigger prizes like the food truck service. August 15th is the current date for the inaugural bingo night, which will then be held every week after that.

Among the many exciting milestones for Local Burger is the move into Beveridges Cocktail Lounge. Experienced employees have been able to assume leadership roles because of the restaurant’s multiple expansions, providing professional growth possibilities. Saalfrank emphasized how the addition of the new bar allows additional employees to pursue their passions by training as bartenders.
