Hit television show Selling The Hamptons returns to screens on Friday, March 1, and is available to stream on Max. The reality show follows seven real estate agents from the Hamptons branch of Nest Seekers International.
Mia Calabrese, Michael Fulfree, Peggy Zabakolas, J.B. Andreassi, Dylan Eckardt, and Bianca D’Alessio return to the glamorous cast. Rookie agent Ashley Allen will make her television debut this season. Each agent brings a distinct personality to the show. Calabrese shines with her high energy and unwavering determination, while Fulfree enchants clients with his unique style from his days in the fashion industry. Eckardt brings the glitz with an impressive roster of clients, including celebrities like Mariah Carey and Zabakolas, a seasoned broker with a decade-long career at Nest Seekers.
J.B. Andreassi lends a different perspective as co-principal of luxury developer Andreassi Development. He is a Southampton native and local insider with deep-rooted connections that make him an essential figure in the community. Andreassi is the only cast member who does not exclusively work for Nest Seekers.
Bianca D’Alessio rounds out the exceptional cast. As founder of the company’s development marketing division, D’Alessio is integral to the success of Nest Seekers. Her no-nonsense demeanor steers agents in the right direction when drama is brewing.
Viewers can expect the same competitive atmosphere mixed with incredible architecture and beautiful homes that they loved in season one. Properties like a seven-acre estate near Water Mill listed for a whopping $50 million and a brand new 9,700 square-foot mansion in Sagaponack with a custom home theater and a sunken tennis court listed for $10.45 million are just two of the luxurious homes spotlighted in the upcoming season. $150 million estate La Dune is also on the roster this season after art mogul Louise Blouin recently lost the home in a foreclosure action. One of the exciting facets of the show is the exclusive look viewers get at the secluded luxury homes usually kept private in the Hamptons, unlike the more modern estates in Los Angeles.
The real estate market in the Hamptons is well-known for its scarcity and high demand, which plays a significant role in the show’s storyline. The agents constantly compete for high commissions because of the need for more available properties despite the glamorous clientele looking to purchase. The six-episode series will concentrate on the challenges of working in this market type and the agents’ interpersonal conflicts.
Selling The Hamptons was picked up following the massive success of Selling Sunset and Selling the O.C., set in Los Angeles and Orange County, respectively. Selling Sunset follows a group of real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group who sell homes exclusively to luxury buyers. The show began in 2019 and has since produced seven seasons and been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards.
Breakout stars Chrishell Strauss and Christine Quinn have become famous figures of discussion online and legitimate celebrities. Selling the O.C. is focused on the Orange County branch of The Oppenheim Group and has run for three seasons thus far. Selling the Hamptons has the potential to reach the same milestones as Selling Sunset and Selling the O.C.
