A $25 million Hamptons Estate is a luxury gift very few can afford, but Sylvester Stallone “knocked out” the competition to purchase it for his three daughters. It’s a pricey purchase that isn’t easy to beat regarding Dad gifts.
Secret Visit to the Hamptons
The New York Post reports that Stallone, the star of the Rocky and Rambo movie franchises, departed his family home in Palm Beach to make a secret trip to New York. He had previously put down a hefty deposit on the property based on FaceTime walk-throughs but wanted to tour the home personally before completing the deal. The in-person viewing took place several weeks before closing.
Stallone closed on the East Hampton mansion in an all-cash deal.
The 11,600-square-foot mansion sits on a 1.1-acre plot and features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a movie theater. It is completely furnished and ready to be moved into.
Family Staying Together
The mansion was purchased for his three daughters, Sophia, 27, Sistine, 25, and Scarlet, 21, who have starred with their parents in the Paramount+ show The Family Stallone. Two of the sisters already live on the East Coast.
Stallone, the veteran tough-guy movie star, 77, and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, an ex-model, 56, are empty nesters in Palm Beach. They plan to split their time between the newly built and fully furnished Hamptons estate and their home in Palm Beach.
Recently, Stallone has enjoyed a resurgence in his career with the success of his family’s Reality TV show on Paramount+. This late-career success has also included Tulsa King, also on Paramount+, of which Stallone is an Executive Producer. The show has been renewed for Seasons 3 and 4. According to Deadline, Tulsa King is on its way to becoming a global hit.
Deadline also reports that Stallone was paid around $1.5 million per episode in Season 2 of Tulsa King, double what he earned in Season 1. Industry insiders expect that number to climb significantly for Seasons 3 and 4. Each season has ten installments.
It is estimated that the actor’s net worth is around $400 million, the bulk of which was made during his action star glory days in the 1980s and 90s. He regularly banked around $20 million per film.
Stallone’s Other Income
In 2018, Stallone and his good friend Braden Aftergood co-founded the film studio Balboa Productions. Balboa Productions produced Rambo: Last Blood in 2019 and Rocky Spinoff Creed III in 2023. Both films earned Stallone a sizable payday at the box office.
Jennifer Flavin, Stallone’s wife, co-founded Serious Skincare in 1993. The company is dedicated to producing science-based skincare solutions. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Flavin has accumulated a $50 million fortune since forming the company. Accelerate360 (A360) Media entered a $42 million media partnership with Flavin in 2023 and will feature Serious Skincare across the company’s more than 20 publications.
Stallone hasn’t just been busy on and behind the screen. He has also been busy in real estate transactions. In 2022, the actor and his wife purchased a Hidden Hills home in L.A. for $18 million. Less than two years later, according to the Robb Report, they sold the house to music legend John Fogerty, originally of Creedence Clearwater Revival fame, for $17.2 million.
Stallone seems to have a habit of selling musicians his estates. This sale came a year after Stallone sold his primary residence, a Beverly Park mansion, to British singer Adele for $58 million in 2022. Initially listed for $110 million, it was later reduced to $85 million.
